CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering on the website “https://movementanalysis.eu/register/” running on the “WordPress” platform, I give my express consent to the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, CTU in Prague, ID No. 68407700, with the registered office at nám. Sítná 3105, 27201 Kladno (hereinafter referred to as “FBMI, CTU in Prague”), which operates the website and is therefore the data controller, to process my personal data including name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, etc., (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).

The purpose of processing Personal Data is to register for the conference. I acknowledge that the Personal Data will be processed by FBMI, CTU in Prague, ID No. 68407700 and will not be accessible to third parties, outside of the entities that provide administration and maintenance of the website for FBMI, CTU in Prague, with respect to the purpose of their acquisition and management. Personal data will be used to create a profile and your access to the registration system.

The entered personal data will be processed for the duration of my registration (i.e. for the duration of my profile in the registration system). The entered data is not verified and thus accessed by other participants in the process.
I am entitled to withdraw my consent at any time by requesting the cancellation of my profile from the administrator of the registration system (FBMI, CTU in Prague). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of Personal Data on the basis of this consent prior to its withdrawal.

I understand that I may request information from FBMI, CTU in Prague regarding the Personal Data, its scope, processing and archiving methods and request access to it. I am also entitled to request the correction and/or completion of Personal Data, its transfer, deletion and/or restriction of its processing. In case I have doubts that the Personal Data is processed in accordance with the legal regulations, I am entitled to contact FBMI, CTU in Prague and ask for clarification, to seek redress. I am entitled to exercise all my rights at the following e-mail address: moana.conf2024@gmail.com, and/or in person or in writing at the faculty address nám. Sítná 3105, 27201 Kladno.

I give this consent freely and voluntarily. I am aware that the provision of consent is necessary for registration on the website and its use, and without providing consent, registration cannot be carried out and the registration system cannot be used.

Consent to the acquisition of audiovisual material
I consent to the use of the photographs and video footage taken, whether in tangible or digitised (intangible) form, for all promotional materials of the Acquirer, both in printed and electronic form (e.g. website, FB, printed materials). I also agree that the Acquirer shall grant a licence to use the photographs and video footage to any third parties, in particular for the purposes of creating the Acquirer’s advertising and marketing materials. I agree that the photographs and video footage may be altered, used as part of a body of work, or used only in part. At the same time, I provide my personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) for the above purpose and I provide my express consent to the Acquirer that the Acquirer, or third parties to whom the Acquirer grants a licence to use the photographs and video recording, collect, process and store such data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
